yes that might be true since this is low build quality (from china of course) and chinese people (from my perspective) are very sly and steal your money if they want to.

Any touch screen hardware that comes with a single pressure stylus/toothpick is a failure for me.

Be careful about buying from this guy. He does not honor the warrany on his producst if you have a problem. He cheated a cousin of mine out of over $200.00 then banned her from his forums when she complained... and banned her from commenting on his videos here. There are many of us still getting the word out about him and will continue to do it since he has refused to replace the broken players he sent her.
