@progrockable I do understand what youre saying and you are unfortunatley right. However I have worked retail and as a matter of fact I've worked in one of Targets lease stores. I've seen many a "Guest" act just like the woman in this video usually "upper class soccer moms", you know, Targets demographic. And I myself have been physically assaulted a few times by harpies in the name of retail. But my point was..there used to be consequences for bad behavior in society and now there's not.

@MarkLemonds, you probably have never worked for one. Here's why I say that: big Companies rightly figure that it costs less both in image and expense to give the whiny customer what they want, then get them THE HELL OUT OF THE STORE, than to get an attitude with them. But, in your defense, the adage "The Customer Is Always Right" was for employees........ not consumers to use as a scripture to beat clerks over the head with.

back in the 'good old days' she would have been escorted from the store and asked never to come back but companies like Target that say the customer is ALWAYS right create monsters just like this.
