This is the 13th time I've experienced this glitch. Very odd, but cool.

This time, I was viewing the glitch, and received a normal text alert (both text alerts [the scrolling one and the normal, non-scrolling one] were generated by the same e-mail address alert system).

Interestingly enough, instead of combining the text alerts and saying that I have two new text messages, it popped up over the scrolling glitch, and then, as you can see in the video, when I closed the normal alert, the scrolling glitch was still there.

And so the glitch thickens...haha. :-)
