Just so other people knew, sometimes Google may "not" find its own mobile page. And you might get to a mobile version where there is no ability but to search and sign in.

Well, on the DSi You can actually call a number on the GV mobile site but you will NOT be able to talk. I haven't tried it with a PSP but I'm assuming you'll more likely will be able to only send text messages only.
I'm thinking you'll need a cell phone for the mobile site to talk.
