Detroit,Columbus,Portland,and Seattle are in violation of Section 2 ofthe Voting Rights Act because they use at-large voting for filling their city-council seats.The BaSSturds!

This act needs to become a law and Obama need to sign this act into a law that blacks can vote forever not just another 25 years.
