An object with MASS can never exceed the speed of light according to Einstein's theory of relativity. Now a light pulse on the other hand is a completely different matter. Light pulse with no mass (only energy) in a vacuum has a constant speed. Under laboratory conditions this speed has, however, been exceeded by a factor of 300 by shooting the light pulse through a special vapour. THAT is the result that test and quote is referring to.
on problem... the speed of light is a constant... e=mc^2 (where c is the speed of light) is a constant in nature... e being energy and m being mass, an object with a small mass has a very large amount of energy... obviously, c squared is an extremely large number.. if it were altered the slightest bit, the implications of its effect on earth would be extreme. the gravitational constant would change, causing the earth to cease to function as we know it. therefore, the speed of light is constant.
Not a whole lot to say on this one. Mostly arguments from the Bible. The Bible says God stretched out the Heavens. I guess he must have.. Can't argue with that.

another plausible theory supporting the claims of creation is the theory of gravitational time dilation

there will eventually be no arguments, I can assure you... it'll all make perfect sense in the end
