Ahh, the endless ranting of the Church of Atom. Standing knee-deep in radioactive waste every day worshipping a nuclear rocket. I'd say it's time to take them out of their misery.
This shows you the Bloody Mess perk, no less. It adds 5% damage to all weapons, and about 50% more gore to the whole shebang. Win. Get this at level 6 for an elevated gameplay experience. :D
