the driver of the camera man was just as bad. he was driving on the wrong side of the road. that's worse than cutting someone off when they are only going 10 mph.
It is the city of Linyi in Shandong Province. It is not really a poor city. This city does a huge amount of trade. Linyi has one of the biggest wholesale markets in China. Once you get out of cities like Shanghai, Beijing, Guongzhou & Shenzen this is what it is like.
