One plus to this would be owning a rocket in the city.. Here you get harassed standing still. There, 1) there are a billion peopel, so good luck finding you, 2) law enforcement doesn't seem to concerned with traffic laws and 3) the cops probably can't drive any better than the civs! Lol. Down side, idiot drivers, run you over, death. etc.etc.. lol
