@freddysfolly I have no idea what you just posted.

@ThePipton What you said isn't true. A child can be diagnosed with PDD-NOS and still have a debilitating skill. Sorry, my daughter was diagnosed and speech is hard for her. She's only 3yrs old and hopefully it will get easier for her but this has been explained to me by SEVERAL psychologists. It is NOT closer to Aspergers, it affects children differently.

@cpadill5 PDD-NOS is not autistic. PDD-NOS has some symptomes of autistic people. In fact PDD-NOS is closer to Asperger than to autism.
I have PDD-NOS.

Fantastic! Quite impressed. My 2 year old is PDD-NOS and we are starting ABA therapy next week. We are also eventually considering moving to South Jersey as we have heard good things about the public school system.

this defiantly works its just sad that not all the kids on the autism spectrum are able to receive the one on one help they need to fully succeed
yes JACK has autism. believe me, it shows up in all aspects of his daily life, every day. he also has epilepsy, altho medication helps and he has not had an overt seizure for over a year now. but we know he has autism! we know that very well. we were so lucky to have that wonderful teacher for kindergarten. she was a marvel! priceless!
