This is fifteen minutes of mostly uncut high definition footage containing simple animal encounters/sightings in the Yosemite Valley. Just a simple, relaxing film, with no added sounds or music.
Important note about my bear sighting in 2010:
While this black bear was over a hundred and thirty feet away, I still do not recommend filming, and if this happens again I plan to back away immediately upon sighting. There is an increase in unprovoked attacks taking place, in recent years. I spotted this bear while on a hiking path, just a couple of hundred feet from the shuttle stop, at Happy Isles. I did not continue down the path which would be been approaching it closer.
This fifteen minute upload will be boring to most YouTube viewers. I uploaded it mostly for myself: I want come on line and review the memories of our time there.
If any few of you want to take the time and enjoy it too, well, all the better. To want to watch this, you have to have a deep appreciation for wildlife. It is not stimulating for most tastes, and is simple. If it bores you, best not view it.
