Temples can be climbed, and there is usually an opening at the top. I cannot recall any other entrances.

been studying the pyramids at Tikal, there's nothing inside that you could access from the outside except that top temple, They're built on top of other temples so there's nothing really inside. The top part is still a bit of a mystery though, they found about 6 tiny chambers inside one I think, still not sure what they're for.

No You can not get in side techinically the towers are not temples they are a stand for the tiny temple on top
