Tiger Woods gave a speech today, apologizing for his actions of infidelity and in return he might have hurt his career even more today. @slewofdamascus It is the same process that allows people to bemoan the death of 3.500 innocent civilians (9/11) while being completely ignorant of the death of at least 500,000 Muslim men, women and children since the illegal invasion of Iraq in 1991. It is called unconsciousness. Tiger's dilemma is real and important to Tiger and Elin, and can be an object lesson to us all. Self knowledge and honesty are important human tools to end the kinds of twisted realities most would rather ignore.
