Jalebi preparation

Jalebi is a sweet widely available in India. Towards South India its called jilebi. The video has a local baker in Rajkot, Gujarat making jalebis in not-so-clean environment.

Dirty Indians. Not only dies he put the tongs on the dirty filthy floor, at 1:35 he coughs on all the food without covering his dirty filthy mouth. look at the way he prepares it, so filthy place and the cook even spits at one occasion and the mount of flies suggests its not hygienic to eat there, BUT jalebis in itself are tasty stuff.....just need clean hands and process of preparation...GO INDIANS
