  • the scorpion isn't dangerouse!(for peoples) hes has a big stachel (sory my english isn't good i comes from german)

  • This scorpion can also be dangerous to people!!!

  • i love all your scorpion vids, scorpions have bin my favorit animal for a long time now. but im only just biggining on keeping them. at the moment i have an emperor and he is very young.what would you syggest as a second scorpion to get?

  • Maybe a desert scorpion ! Hadrurus arizonensis. Beautiful big scorpion and the venom isn't to "hot". Or Hadogenes paucidens. But I think Hadrurus arizonensis is more beautiful.

  • what about a Hottentotta Hottentotta?

  • Its not a beginner scorpion

"Saulcyi is also medically significant but so is Hottentotta judaicus"

    I meant tamulus, not judaicus

    "Give me one scorpion" 'expert'

  • @limput2

Just looked it up, yet again, and it's listed under one of the medically significant subspecies of Hottentotta and in order to be medically significant it must be at least a 4/5. Saulcyi is also medically significant but so is Hottentotta judaicus, there are more than a few that are under this spp. which does include H.H

Give me one scorpion with significant experience or a paper that says a H.H is not medically significant and has a venom rating equal to a Rhopalurus type spp.

  • @Feralus69 dude an HH is a three look it up. The only medically significant hottentotta is the Hottentota saulcyi

  • @limput2

Sorry, no it's not, an H.H is one of the medically significant Hottentotta spp which makes it at least a 4/5. An adult H.H has the potential to kill a small child, and that's not an exageration. I've been stung a few times by these and compared to the other species i've had the unlucky fortune of getting tagged by it has to be the second worse tag i've ever experienced, though it's not dangerous to a healthy adult it's still one of the more dangerous scorpions.

  • this scorp isn't as dangerous as you say. I've been stung nothing serious. Your arm get's numb for a week from your finger all the way to your shoulder but you can take pills that relieve it in 2-3 hours. also @Feralus69 an HH is a 3-3.5/5

  • That cricket was finger lickin' good lol
