  • Haha, to think this is what they had for trailers back then...

  • As soon as "The Empire Strikes Back" came out in theaters in 1980, its opening crawl said "EPISODE V". Just before its release, they put out "Star Wars" again for a repeat run, but this time its opening crawl said "EPISODE IV". Mark Hamill told "Us" magazine in 1980 that George had even envisioned Episodes 7-9, which would take place *after* the original Star Wars trilogy... and probably be a bit weirder, more like "2001: A Space Odyssey".

  • @Timmynium Your are very welcome, I would say for the most enjoyment and to make the most sense to you watch them in story order.

  • @videozfann great!! thanks for your time, thats what i wanted to see. do you suggest me to watch them in story order or actual order when they came out?

  • @Timmynium In you go in the proper order of actual story.

The Phantom Menace Part 1 (1999)

Attack Of The Clones Part 2 (2002)

Revenge Of The Sith Part 3 (2005)

    Star Wars Part 4 (1977)

Empire strikes Back Part 5 (1980)

Return Of The Jedi Part 6 (1983)

The 99 to 05 movies are a prequel trilogy not remakes to the 77 to 83 movies that shows the backstory of what led to Star Wars 1977.

  • @Kalrec1 thanks so much but what about the story order? what is the arrangement by the story?? please put movie names and years i would appreciate it..

  • @Timmynium No the original movies weren't called 4, 5, 6 until the special editions were released in 1997 (the prequel trilogy was in early post-production at that time).

  • @videozfann what about the storyline ? is it all 1,2,3,4,5,6 .. by the releases ??? is the prequel trilogy some kind of remake? ??

  • @Timmynium The original 3 were 77,80, 83. Then the new ones were 99,02,05.
