Publishing Site Settings for Kompozer

Ok i need some help. If you know how to fix it email me (yohu1337@gmail.com). So i can't publish it fails to publish index.html says: "The server is not available. Check your connection and try again later."

good info but missing some data on finding a server, please remind me not to get trapped in one of your classes

I do all of this, but once I click on browse, it takes me to some error page, I am so stressed by this.I need my website up and running.Please HELP!
