No, this is the former Reading Railroad line that ran to Jersey City, the route of the Crusader.

That was Q301 (clip also just uploaded). Q301 was coming down from Trent with Q409 waiting behind when SEPTA took away K650's signal at Wood for a northbound MU. By then Q301 was all the way down to Wood, where it sat on Track 1 until both the local and K650 cleared. Traffic really backs up on Township Line Road when they do this, which is not very ofter.
