While I am on your side in thought, I fail to see any hope, as the people are dumbed down to a level where they are to dumb, to lazy and to afraid to fight.

I hope this kid doesn't take the "courts" opinion as law, speak all you want to about anything you want to. The constitutional rights are not subject to other illegal contracts imposed upon you. Duress comes to mind, making any contract invalid.
