Just why does Perseus NOT use the Medusa head he obtained in the scene just prior to this one? Pull out the friggin thing, show it to an intimidating Calibos face and the battle is over. What a comic relief that would've been, to a horribly uptight movie in desperate need of one. Just like when Indy pulled the gun on the sword swinging villain in "Raiders of the lost ark"
