Researchers studying migrating humpbacks off the east coast of Australia say they have recorded the strongest evidence to date that males sing to woo females, not to deter other males.   • This has to be my absolute favorite sound in nature.

  • (ran out of room, sorry) so never say never because we should not give up praying for them and ministering to them. It doesn't happen overnight; I used to get frustrated when I saw that people's hearts are hardened against God. But now I understand that love is what I have to keep showing and speaking out in my deeds. Mercy, immense mercy. Jesus always weeps out of mercy for them, and I feel His pain for them too. Don't give brother.

  • @mbm131213: it's not a waste of time, God would want people, even the wicked, to rescue and protect animals and people. And over the years in my walk with God I've been seeing at least some unsaved people have their hearts a bit opened by God just by spending time around animals and children. God ministers and is always talking to us through them and through other things, we just have to hear Him. Just don't stop praying for them, I never do.   • @BRIfuckingANA that's because I believe they are rhyming. Just like we do in music and poetry. Repeating words/phrases/melodies/sounds. Pretty neat. Really connects us to these animals and to all living things.
