@Anhslaught his technique is absolutely terrible and he does not state how many reps/ sets should be completed. I am a personal Trainer and i don't think this video is helpful at all. I think its just a great demo of how bad his technique is!!
lol you guys are really messed up. Those are actually good workouts. Just because the guy don't look all jacked up, doesn't mean the workout sucks. :-p
