My contest diet starts 20 weeks out from a show.
20 weeks - 300 grams protein / 250 grams carbs / 50 grams fat = 2850 calories
15 weeks - 275 grams protein / 200 grams carbs / 40 grams fat = 2260 calories
12 weeks - 250 grams protein / 150 grams carbs / 30 grams fat = 1870 calories
8 weeks - 250 grams protein / start carb fluctuation 100 - 150 / 20 g fat
4 weeks - based off condition
I usually start around 205 lbs and compete at 180 or 181.
