The workplace is seeing a shift away from the classic command and control business environment in which the organization is designed as a pyramid, with top down leadership. Todays knowledge economy utilizing the internet and telecommunications technology are powered by individual teams in multiple locations to solve problems dealing with the new realities of the multi-cultural and multi-generational workforce.

APPROACH:
The team or group is now the basic unit of knowledge based work which consists of four primary work modes that support the individual, group and adjacent teams/departments based on people, process and technology.

More Choice, flexibility and user control to work smarter

The challenge that the groups face are that they need information with individual resources in different geographically locations to make strategic decisions, often requiring real time data with spaces that accommodate a range of work, conferencing, presentation space and techno-tools.
