What happend was what I saw before your speed was way to low so you did a hard landing! and for some reasson you bounced back with your nose in the air stalling and boom!

No, he was having the plane land itself. He did not turn off the autopilot at 100 ft. That is what happened.

Well, the hard landing was due to using app all the way. Learned later that one should turn it off about 100 feet abowe touchdown ;)

did u land with ILS still on? Cos ILS does not land the plane simply gets it on correct approach path. Just before touchdown turn off ILS and manually land

I beleive it was on yes, that's the way I always do it, but you might be right, but I am not sure that is the reason for this fault...:) Thanx for the heads up.

You have to programme the freq of the rw into the radio, and turn the heading indicator to the exact heading for the rw. All this info is to be found in the map.
About 10 miles out you switch to "APP" and the descent will begin when you are locked at the vis. You still have to control the flaps and speed, wheels and stuff.
