Smaliland was one of the first muslim countries in africa.Some of prophet Muhammed's followers fled to africa to seek refuge from the evil Queash and found a civilized land called somaliland. MUhammed's followers were accepted and bult one of the first mosqes in africa.

When the outside world says Somaliland they mean the land of the Somalis which is the whole of Somalia.During the colonial era there were British Somaliland which is today's Northern Somalia and Western Somalia which is the Ethiopian colonised Ogadenia today, Italian Somaliland which is today's Southern Somalia including the Puntland and jubaland of today's Garowe and Kismayu respectively.Our beautiful Isaq,darood,hawiye and others should try to learn the beautiful history of our somali people.

@yonisfarah No wallah Im muslim and I fear Allah brother, I didn't criticize Alshabab if you go back to my comments there is no criticizing of any, I'm fine with sharia law ruling on me and my people, I know we went to far away from our dean, I don't believe everything thats been said about the Islamic opposition in Somalia. At this point I just want to see a peaceful united Somalia. but If I were Alshabab I would have thought more about how to end the war. then lock the country to sort out.
