This is what i would do, I would have theose two line up in split, so the slot is on the line and the outside guy is off. The outside guy should take 3 hard steps to the outside like he is running a fade, get the DB's hips turned and cut inside and run your route, when he makes his cut, the slot should have cleared the zone by then, walla!

This shit is not lack of coaching, when you get on that field, you have to know the game, you cant just be like a robot and run all your routes like its drawn on paper. I tell ya, my highschool coach was 5'8 145 pds in college, he was a slow runner, he caught 101 balls his senior year because he had brains and tenacity. He showed me 5 different types of a 5 yard out depending on coverages, these clowns in this video should not be playing, period.
