  • @zenqimaster there's something i agree with, do you know how many pricks try to throw their weight around on you tube? i consider you a moral crusader, keep it up. unless you can think of something better to do with your time than telling people they're being pricks on you tube when they already know they're being pricks.

  • @garfrain As it happens, I sound completely different to this guy, probably since I don't even live on the same continent.

    However, I do have a distinctive accent and dialect that I am not 100% happy with, so maybe I am just sympathising with the guy. Though I really think you are just being a prick for the sake of it.

  • @garfrain He doesn't sound thick as shit to me. He sounds very clear and seems to know what he's talking about. Not much fumbling with words and stay calm throughout.

    I don't know what it is that makes you think he sounds thick, but I'm not hearing it.

  • @Pilmer1993 fair enough he's doing a lot of people a service, although it is largely irrelevant you can't defend the fact he sounds thick as shit

  • Good form, good instructions. I do shrugs with 100kg on each side and I weigh 81kg myself. But I rather see a guy doin almost no weight with good form like this guy, than people showing shrugs with heavy weights and lousy form. Seen intructions from instructional fitness. Normally good instruction but on shrugs they show poor form using biceps too much.
