He dosen't offically take office until Jan 1 2010. And remeber he is the first president of the EU. The "George Washington" of Europe. This is a post that has never excisted before, it'll be up to him to decide what exactly the persident of the EU will be doing.

So France and Germany use an unknown to project power?They project enough power with Chanel and BMW,the president is unknown and unknowable to the population of Europe.He should be on Youtube and TV making a statement to the whole of Europe not just a power hungry elite in Brussels.This will end badly.
