Yes, we do have a background check system. But that didn't stop the Obama Admin from shipping thousands of assault weapons to the Sinaloa cartel, getting innocents murdered with them.

But the cartels didn't really need Obama's guns. They are flush with cash and buy high-tech weaponry from all around the world. Those guns are easily smuggled across our border, just like drugs. For example, the MS13 gang is establishing weapons caches all across the US, as far as Maine, Alaska and Hawaii.

Chritie never said your kids don't deserve armed protection. If you think your kids deserve to have armed body guards wherever they go, then go ahead and hire them or ask your boss if he'll pay for it.

The new NRA president says that US citizens need to arm themselves with military weapons to overthrow our tyranical government - just like the "War of Northern Aggression". The NRA is just the facilitator of a redneck's lunatic fantasy and Republicans go along with these screwballs.
