@jen12catra You lucky girl! I actually tried to get tickets to his concert once but, they were sold out so fast I my mom couldn't get through. He looks like a REALLY nice guy! He said he'd tour again possibly after his youngest daughter finishes high school. I hope he does.

I was in that line! I got there at 7pm and met him at 10am! Good Morning America was out there that morning and talked to the group at the end of the line where I was. If anyone has that footage, PLEASE post it because I don't have that tape anymore and I was on there so I'd really like to have it. Thanks

@bendavis83 Yeah, but the size and energy of the crowd was probably what keep him going. Still pretty incredible though! It sucks that he's not gonna come back and tour anymore,

one other thing i want to add, if brooks ever sees this video maybe he'll read this, in the beginning of we shall be free he says this ain't coming from no prophet, i disagree i believe he is a prophet but more interested in profit today then to share his inspirational music on youtube the lord says freely receive freely give.you're rich enough mr brooks now share your music to the world freely.

i remember seeing him at a county fair and alot of people had teeshirts saying garth brooks, and i asked the people who i was with who's garth brooks?
it was before we got primestar with cmt on it.
then he started his concert and i thought i know those songs so he's the guy who sings them ,lol.
he's great, people get mad at me for saying this but i just don't hear melody in country like it was in the 90's.
garth needs to come back and set the standard again.

I was on that line. Spent about 10 hours waiting to see Garth. It was so worth it!!!

I was actually fortunate enough to have been in this line to see Garth the year he did this in Nashville. No one rushed you, he literally gave you all the time you wanted with him. Very cool guy.
