I'll give you tips.
1. Do not use any codes/cheats in your Project64 emulator.
2. This includes no L to levitate code.
3. Watch some speed-running videos of this dungeon. They do it a lot faster without cheats. Practice makes perfect. (I see you tried some speed-running tactics.)
4. Try using a game pad or controller instead of a keyboard (If you don't already.)
5. Good song choice.
(Nice super slide fail at the end. It takes awhile to master.)
