大學生的原鄉情懷
林家兩兄弟在大學畢業後不像同學一窩蜂的到大都市去謀職,而選擇回到自己長大的家鄉,尋找那股在外地求學時仍會想念的味道。
東山鴨頭是眾所皆知的地方小吃,更在每個大小鄉鎮都能看到賣東山鴨頭的攤販,尤其是在東山本地,總會吸引不少來自各地的饕客;其實很多人都不知道,最早開始用先滷後油煎的­方式賣鴨頭的攤子是在白河呢!
而白河鴨頭的特色在於使用油煎的方式,把表皮稍微煎的酥脆,而裡頭呈現香氣四溢的滷汁,吃起來不油膩,口感也較為清爽。
鴨先生則是延續傳統口味,並加入獨家研發的中藥配方和甘蔗頭滷製而成,在鴨種方面我們特別尋找了體型較小的鴨種,滷起來肉Q甘甜‧味入骨髓。
