You can download music to a sd card that is ready to play on your dsi\xl at dsimusicdownload.webs.com it is all free but i just made the site so i have 26 songs adding more as i wright this.

@wartmiller Yes this is true you can play mp3's and i have received my 3ds but every time i try to upload a video my internet cuts out :( i am trying again now
