Hey youtubers, once again adrian here, today a new riff/exercise/lesson for you guys. This time it's a Funky riff, it will make you blood pump on the right hand. I think it's a very useful exercise to learn how to keep a solid timing, even if then strumming is not that regular.

On the key of E once again. Starting with this one i will be uploading the "backing track" (drum track) for all the lessons, you can stream it or download it at:

  • I like the way you teach each part. Great work. Keep it up plz.

  • excellent- very Chili Pepper-ish kind of tone :D

  • how mutch is it for your guitar?

  • modified 12 bar blues FTW!

  • love year gear man,

    Whats that a VT 100?

  • what are the chords hes playing?

  • Nice! Thx for posting this. But I have a question: when you play this strumming you`re touching the strings with your palm and pick...or just with the pick?

  • Spider, it's really, really simply. You simply rest your left hand's finger on the given string/strings without pushing down. So you're just lightly touching the string while strumming it. This way you get a muted note.

  • yo adrian how do u mute a note

  • funky
