Why have people forgotten that less than 30 years ago racism was still commonly abcepted. Victims of racism are still alive, racist people are still alive. 30 years is not enough to change a nation whose values where based on oppression and racism. There are people in congress who were put into power by the ku klux klan.

it is unbelievable that in black history month people don't educate themselves on the finer points of racism. The new trend is Hispanic, but its still the same old tricks. In Irving, the city inspectors tagged five cars for removal from one Hispanic house hold. they are tagged (inspected registered) and regularly driven, one was a visitor. I actually like what farmers branch is doing, lets go back to the white\black signs that were common place. at least we would know upfront and stop guessing.
