oh yea and the more you get out of the house and interact with people, the better. it will be weird at first but you need to face your anxiety as much as possible for it to go away.
im no expert but I have dealt with bad anxiety before and thought I was nuts, and this was after 22 years of being social, motivated, happy individual. all started with 1 panic attack in the middle of the happiest time of my life (confused the hell out of me).
bottom line is, the anxiety isn't shit and it won't do anything to you, its just adrenaline built up in your body. the more you do things that make you anxious, the better. OCD, panic, phobias, intrusive thoughts, all the same shit
get on a regular sleeping schedule and an excercise program that includes hard cardio (running etc.) try to eat better, and start setting some personal goals, get into a hobby. the only thing that is causing your anxiety are the thoughts that your so afraid of. the first step is minimizing the thoughts by distracting yourself from them, the second step is realizing the thoughts are nothing but thoughts, and that they wont do shit. third step is to face the anxiety in the face and DO IT
yo man, you don't have a disorder, your just stuck in the cycle of anxiety.
start viewing the anxiety of what it really is, anxiety. Its not a real threat, nothing is going to happen, it never has, and never will. its just anxiety. try to look down at all the physical and mental symptoms from the outside, and have a chuckle, because they are not real.
thinking that alone you will start to feel better.
you also need to start looking your fears in the face and doing whatever scares you.
ahhh the stabbings pains, i've been getting them recently, was really scared i have a brain tumour etc. Your not alone (well...you know what i mean.) stay strong you can do it!
I completely understand everything that you are saying. And if someone were to say that to me (which they have) I never believed them. But believe me...i completely understand. you explained exactly what I go through. keep on truckin.
We always give advice we ourselves cant use.. I am in the same boat, I would rather help someone out in the same situation I am in then to help myself. its weird.. I am here for ya if you need to chat.. mwcl and more..

I'm the opposite. I would rather be alone because then I'm in control. When I'm around a ton of people, I feel like I'm out of control.
I really enjoy your videos hun. Please feel free to keep in touch with me. I'd love to talk if you ever want too. :)
