Did you hear all the Canadian net providers are applying to the goverment to jack up the cost of internet and using Netflix as one of the main reasons...You see using Netflix is taking up a hell of bandwidth to stream to ur Pc..So there after two options either jack up everyones bill or change the billing system, now you may get charged by how much bandwidth you use so either way netflix 8 dollar deal will end up costing you a hell of alought more...look into it before you get nailed

It's been a while since I left this comment. It was indeed my connection speed. I since went to the highest speed my provider has (1mb instead of 512Kb) I still have to change my IP but, I hardly have any issues. In fact, I love the instant streaming over the DVDs. I only wish they would put more movies on instant, including new ones. I would be willing to pay for a higher "monthly package" (not a rental fee like amazon), it would be an awesome idea.
