Recently my rabbit I've had for 10 years died, it was the worst pain I felt - never had a family member or friend die. I've had him since I was 6, almost as long as I can remember. There is a strong bond between pets and owners, they become like your child, and so you REALLY care for them, which why I think people love their pets so much.I listened to this all day when my rabbit passed away, and occasionaly since then. I'm sure it will help me overcome more situations in the future.

@indreamdreamer Yep, you can buy it on Amazon. It's actually my choir singing on it! Type "paul k joyce the snow queen" into Amazon, and scroll down to the Audio CD version

The scene where the lady realized what happened is so powerful. This video is emotionally draining. I can;t help but cry as I watch it.

I read this out as a poem at my mother's funeral when I was 11... beautiful.
WIsh I'd sung it though.

Did Ben Crawley do the speaking solo of the song as well as the singing solo? I love this version...its different but I like it. I think both LIbera's version and this version are fantastic

No. The speaking / acting is done by Pax Baldwin.
