@dagonzeez That's the point. I know this is an exo and I know Destroyer is a scroll. With a scroll that has a projectile, it allows (less "forced" to pick a "projectile" exo) you the option to choose an exo that has less projectile capabilities like caduceus(for healing) or any other exo that you may use for purposes that aren't well ranged while still having a projectile that doesn't cost SP while playing.
