Ethyl Ether and various other chemicals were recovered from a storage locker. Due to it's explosive nature, the ethyl ether was neutralized and disposed of safely with the help of the bomb squad.

How did the bottle get outside? If the robot took it outside, why would it put it down? This leads me to conclude that someone who did not the know the dangers of the substance took it outside, and someone else said "Oh shit, peroxides!" and they all proceeded to poo their pants.

I'm guessing for starters that you believe in the broken window fallacy, protectionism, and don't understand any problem with fiat currency. At the same time, since you don't understand anything related to the topic, you imagine a society without a monopoly of force to be totally disorganized while on the contrary it would be harder to get away with crimes.
