I have had nothing but problems with my HE 3 Washer and Dryer. Washer smells like an old wet basement, Seal has failed on Washer. Dryer goes dead, no lights at all once a week. I have to put a hair dryer aimed at the control board for 5 minutes when this happens. I have owned these for about 2.5 years. I will never shop at Sears again. Junk.

I have an HE4 washer. I am showing an F error code. No letters before it or numbers after it. Any ideas on what may be wrong? It only shows the code when attempting to spin.

also sears had to come out and fix my washer several times and it could of been replaced for less than half of what they put in to it !! pleaseeeee people call me and ill tell you alot of important info on this matter that will be so helpful in the event your going tru the same issues!! 352 812 2514 chris g from fla !! :)

i had bought a matching set he3t washer and dryer!!! the tub housing shattered and the sears man come and said its nearly 3,000.00 to fix and of course i declined and then paid sears technican 129.00 plus tax(which is against the law to charge tax on labor) and he left!! i then went online and found out by other people that the stainless steel tub has a lifetime warranty and the other outer baskets plastic parts have a 10 year manufactor warranty!! please call me if any ?s! 352 812 2614 chris g

The only way to get help from Sears is to call their executive offices at 1-800-995-2139 They keep this number hidden for their most escalated calls.

I know you purchased the machine from Sears and they should stand behind their products. My question is ... which company had the manufacturing contract for the Kenmore He4T line? Rather than boycotting just Sears, you should be boycotting the companies who manufacture the Kenmore appliances. In this case, it would be Whirlpool.

My HE4t works just fine. Take care of it, and it WILL NOT break. I've only experienced error codes PF and DL.

i agree i was goingh to buy a washer & dryer set a top load tey gave a major runaround so I went and bought a Whirlpool set

I stopped buying there 20 years ago. I had a car fixed and $200 in cash under the seat was stolken. They wouldn't even question the worker about it. I forgot it was there but they are bonded and could at least

If they had at least talked to the guy and told me they couldn't find the money at his work station I would have understood. At least they tried.

Like many companies they screw long time customers and only care about getting new ones.

They lost myn business for 20 years and running.
