John Jenkins of the Atlanta Hawks continues his Motion Capture Analysis, now with his left leg, to quantify his biomechanics and evaluate how his body works during max effort basketball-specific movements.
In preparation for his rookie season in the NBA, Jenkins is working with Dr. Marcus Elliott and Matt Aronson of P3, a science-oriented training institute. This "Training Days" series documents their process.
P3 (Peak Performance Project) is based out of Santa Barbara, CA.
