Do these drills once a day and you're handles will get very strong. It'll only take 15-20 mins, just do it!!
NOTE: I posted this vid in 2007, and I am writing this text now in 2011. Since this vid I have gone on to play college basketball, play in pro-am leagues, and practice with a semi-pro team. If you love basketball, or anything for that matter, practice makes perfect, and you WILL get better! I'm also 6'6", so work on that too if you can... lol
