  • Salaam Abubakr,

No I have no plan on burning any part of this. It is already "stinking" the jar as it is by itself. if you can imagine the best of Indian oud oil without a single hint of fecalness, add a hint of spices like cinnamon, Cardmon and Cumin and then bury that thing in a tropical forest for a while so that sweet moss can start to grow on it.that is how it smells up to the nose. I hope that can give you an image of the smell.

  • Unfortunately the piece is not for sale. It is my 50th Birthday gift from my wife :-) Thank you though for appreciating a truly beautiful piece of Oud. I say in the Video that it smells like Cumin and Cinnamon but I can say that now I have been smelling it all day long that it actually smells like Indian and Malaysian Oud oils combined.

  • do you have an idea how to get same this piece of oud or how you can help in this issue. 1000 thanks.

  • Absolutely astonishing!! I only see things like this in my dreams.

  • Masstika -

This is Abubakr al Misky. I wonder if you have burned a small sliver or if you intend to and what it smells like using low heat. Please do share. We will be getting some very high grade Cambodi wood from a 70 year old tree so I am very excited about that! I hope its half as decent as this piece that you have.

  • is it for sale?

  • What an extraordinary piece of wood! I've never seen so big a piece with such a high resin content! It is truly remarkable :-)

Thanks for your demonstrations- they were very interesting and exciting. If only there were a way to smell it over the computer!

I hope it will bring you great pleasure and wonderment for many years to come.
