I heard there are plans to release a subtitled version of this film. I know a lot of people wanted that since quite a few of the viewers did not speak German.

i've seen melancholly der engel, i speek a bit of german, don't get me wrong the animal cruelty was a bit harsh but after seeing the film all the way through i find that it is a beautyful film and is also incredibly smart, also exelent cinematography. its as if every frrame of this movie is artwork

I'm going to have to call BS on this for quite a few reasons.
1.) A Serbian Film was a great movie but pales in comparison to this and that much is proven by one of the two top rated comments on this video.
2.) Melancholie der Engel featured animal cruelty and much more realistic violence
3.) Finally, I doubt you've ever even seen Melancholie der Engel.
Sorry, guy, but you're probably full of it.
