you really need to learn candian law and its enforcement. Canada does not have a death penalty. In most cases, the most serious sentence for murder is life imprisonment with no possibility of parole for 25 years. However, if a person has a long history of violent crime, then they can be declared a "dangerous offender." With this classification they are given an indefinite sentence with little chance of ever being released from prison.

Read a fucking law book or even fucking use Google.

The Nazi's were defeated in the mid 40's, Canada had the death penalty until the 60's, so what would the alias defeating the Nazi's have to do with Canada getting rid of the death penalty?
