@2ndmusicplayer I don't mean to burst your bubbles, but Bast is sorta a common name for a cat. I know 5 people that named their cats Bast...after I named mine. Although, only an Egyptian Mau is worthy of that name.. unlike a tabby named Bast ( one owner did ).  Good luck with your new cat! :)

I have an Egyptian Mau. She is very small not very bright. She is fast but not that fast. She can be timid but occasionally will seek me out. A very good cat though.
