i just started doing squats.
i squat 300 and rep but my back tends to hurt doing it?
should i do less weight until my back gets stronger?

@oLEGENDSo Bro its most likely either a structural weakness you need to work on OR improper form, I have a squat video on here, check it out. And for now- drop the weight!

I think whats making it hard is the squats and deadlifts because i weight 215 and not 165
