@ScottPearceEsq I think you need your next dose of medicine because you have obviously become disoriented and lost touch with reality. A bank refusing to give out account holders names and balances is not protecting the "bank's secretive ways," it is protecting the privacy of the account holders. I sincerely hope you are not this stupid.

That's a really good point. Top tier law schools do not teach for the Bar Exam, while lower ranked law schools DO teach for the Bar Exam. If you don't belong in the higher rated law school, you're more likely to not do well in your class or pass the bar. AA is more likely to hurt, rather than help, African Americans.

Yes, it's an interesting line of reasoning. My bias is in favor of race-based affirmative action, but I agree that whatever policies we adopt be studied as rigorously as possible.
The professor should get access to the data and do his analysis. Then we can debate how good a job he did and think about how to interpret the meaning of his results and conclusions.

@ScottPearceEsq What are you stupid or something? It is not about "invading the privacy" of the bar's "secretive ways." It is about violating the privacy of California attorneys and apparently everyone else who took the bar exam. Do you really think your stupid and blatant spin on the facts is going to convince anyone? How the heck did YOU pass the bar?

I think you're about due for your next dose of medicine, Rooster. It will calm your ruffled nerves.
