Bush exceeded his authority and lied to Congress using the most flimsy piece of intelligence that he could scrape up. HIs advisors knew that the evidence he used was bogus.
No Democrat stood up and called him a liar while he spoke to Congress.
People in this country are divided into factions and don't hold their elected officials accountable. Instead they argue on blogs and you tube and get nothing done.
